COP26 is Here; Let's Do Actions Now

10/21/2021

COP26 is coming and we all have a responsibility to ensure that our environment is safe for living now and forever. As part of building a robust environment, Mtuli Foundation develops and implements programs that support our green environment.

FOOD AND CLIMATE WITH FOOD FOREST

"Food and Climate With Food Forest" and is aimed at improving food availability and green nature restoration. Within their homes, households will open gardens and plant apple and pear fruit trees, cassava, tomatoes, beans, pumpkins, strawberries, onion, and garlic in one garden. Near the water bodies (where farming is allowed), we will encourage farmers to plant bananas, orange trees, cassava, beans and sweet potatoes in one garden. To teach community members about food forests, we will use our demonstration gardens. Though there are types of crops encouraged, farmers will have their choices so far as they will make layers that are critical in Food Forests gardens.  We thank GreenLight Solutions and Eva Cernakova for their efforts. Saving the Environment to Save Us

We are the reason why we suffer. By saving the environment, we save ourselves.

We are the reason why we suffer.
